Sometimes you need to reflect on whether you do the right thing and whether it is what you are supposed to do. Sometimes you should also meditate on whether you are supposed to do the right thing that an HR Manager really needs in order to find new colleagues.

I am convinced that HR Managers would prefer
To get 3 CVs with the required qualities to 100 unsuitable ones.
If a Personnel Consultant had clear conception about each candidates skills, level of foreign language knowledge.
If the Consultant was capable of testing professional skills at a certain level.
If the Consultant was ready and able to learn from their client partner.
If the Consultant was a person who believes that it is a must to represent the partners company in a way that makes it attractive for the best candidates of labour market.
To work with a Consultant who asks only for success - fee and not commission fee in advance, as success is their own business risk.
To work with a Consultant who guarantees their fulfilments and who enables the HR Manager to look for other and maybe more exciting tasks in the life of the organization
